Lakeshore Health is a concierge primary healthcare provider offering an unparalleled level of care. Our proactive, accessible approach to health and wellness puts patients first.
At Lakeshore Health, our mission is wellness. For us, wellness means living your best life regardless of what medical challenges come your way. Each patient has different needs and deserves a treatment plan that is right for them. We believe that the most important step to providing excellent medical care is to listen to our patients. Rather than tell patients what to do, we strive to partner with them in meeting their health goals. Good healthcare takes time, and we give our patients whatever time they need. We provide the most up to date, evidenced-based medical care but we also realize that the best treatments don’t always require prescription medications. Working in medicine is a privilege, and our highest priority is maintaining trusting relationships with our patients.
Concierge medicine is a different approach to healthcare that allows physicians to maintain smaller patient panels which in turns improves the service that they can deliver. We strive to provide exceptional primary care and personalized wellness services to meet individual patient health goals.
